Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 makes a statement that till the Appeal is finally decided by the Divisional Joint Registrar, the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 will not take any steps to execute the Order dated 12.12.2017 passed by the Deputy Registrar. Statement accepted. In view of the statement made by the learned Senior Counsel, it is not necessary to go with the merits of this Petition. It is informed that the Divisional Joint Registrar has posted the Appeal for hearing arguments of the

WP(ST) 21887-18.doc parties on 10.09.2018. In view of the aforesaid, the Divisional Joint Registrar to decide the Appeal, being Appeal No. 07/2018 on or before 30.09.2018. Both parties assure that no adjournment/s will be sought by them, either on 10.09.2018 or on any other date fixed by the Divisional Joint Registrar. Parties also agree to co-operate with the expeditious disposal of the Appeal pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this Petition. 2.

The Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
