Heard learned Counsel for the applicant-insurance company. Perused the application.

Learned Counsel for the applicant-insurance company submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited in the learned trial Court i.e. M.A.C.T. Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 724 of 2009. She requested to grant stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. 3.

In view of submission on the part of applicant-insurance company and factum of deposit of entire decretal amount before the trial Court, there is no impediment to grant stay. Shridhar Sutar

Accordingly, there shall be stay to the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 5th August, 2013 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T. Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No.724 of 2009.
