The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this petition is dismissed against respondent nos. 1 to 3 i.e. a partnership firm and their partners. She further submits that inadvertently timely the steps were not taken and therefore, the order dated 29.06.2016 of dismissal of the Writ Petition against respondent nos.1 to 3 be set aside and the petition against respondent nos. 1 to 3 be restored on file.

In view of the above submission, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
