This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR bearing No.I-596/2014 registered with Mahatma Phule Police Station, Kalyan for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 468, 471, 504 & 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Mr. Yagnik, learned APP for the State, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, states that after completion of investigation, "C"-Summary report is filed before the concerned Magistrate. In support of his statement, he placed on record, report bearing No.6947/2015 made to him by the Police Inspector of Mahatma Phule Police Station, Kalyan. In view of the above, grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
