The grievance of the Petitioner is that she has applied for a Equivalency Certificate but instead of the Equivalency Certificate, she was issued a No Objection Certificate dated 14th July, 2016 (Exhibit E) by Respondent No. 1.

We find that along with the Petition the Petitioner has not filed the copy of the application which was filed by the Petitioner for issuance of a Equivalency Certificate to Respondent No. 1. The Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-66-wp-10053-2016 learned counsel for the Petitioner has placed on record a format of the Equivalency Certificate (Exhibit G) issued by Respondent No. 1 to one candidate by name Abhay Ashok Chaugule.

Be that as it may, we find that the Petitioner has not filed the application indicating as to for what certificate the application was made. We therefore dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file appropriate application making it clear as to that she be granted Equivalency Certificate.

On receipt of such application from the Petitioner, the Respondent No. 1 shall consider the same and shall issue the Equivalency Certificate as may be permissible in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within ten days from the date of filing of such application.
