The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has given notice to the learned APP, however, none present for the prosecution. The learned counsel submitted that he is only praying to grant bail to the mother-in-law, who is in prison since June, 2016. He submitted that mother-in-law is old and she being the lady, be released on bail.

Perused the order dated 13th January, 2017 whereby the bail application of father-in-law and mother-in-law was rejected. It is a drowy death which took place within 31⁄2 months from the date of marriage. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, Bail Application is rejected.
