The petitioner herein has filed Revision Application before the respondent No.1 - State Government against the orders of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in which by interim order dated 19 September 2021, the orders of respondent Nos.2 and 3 were stayed. 2.

By the order impugned dated 21 July 2023 the respondent No.1, instead of deciding the Revision Application on merit, had vacated the interim order dated 19 September 2019, after about four years that too without assigning any reason. The order impugned is thus set aside. The respondent No.1 shall decide the Revision Application within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
