Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. By this appeal the Applicant has challenged that part of the impugned decree by which the petition for divorce filed by her has been dismissed. There is no question of staying the decree of dismissal of the petition. Hence, no relief to be granted in this application. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
