None appears for the petitioner. The first substantive prayer in this petition is for directing initiation of legal action on the basis of the representation dated 12th August 2016 made by the petitioner to the Hon'ble the Chief Minister. The prayer made in the said representation was for registration of an offence against the persons named therein.

We find that the petitioner has not taken recourse to sub sections 1 and 3 of section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973. We, therefore, decline to entertain this PIL and the same is disposed of. However, it will be open for the petitioner to take recourse to sub sections 1 and 3 of section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973.
