Civil application is filed for restoration of the writ petition. Writ petition was dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 16th June 2016. Mr. S. S. Hardikar, the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that now undertaking given under order dated 16th June 2016 has been complied with. 2.

In above circumstances, we allow this civil application in terms of prayer clause [ia]. Writ petition is restored to the file. Interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 16th June 2016 shall also stand restored.
