The petitioner-management and the respondent-original appellant before the School Tribunal, have tendered their consent terms (4 pages) dated 21/02/2022. The same is taken on record and marked as X-1 for identification. It is categorically submitted that no financial burden, either directly or indirectly, has been cast AJN

Respondent No.1 (original appellant) is present in the court. He is identified by the learned advocate and he confirms that he has agreed to the consent terms.

The learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner's representatives are present in the court and they are identified by the learned advocate.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off in the light of X-1.

The management would be at liberty to forward a proposal for approval to the Education Department, Government of Maharashtra, in pursuance of the reinstatement and, in the light of the judgment of the School Tribunal, setting aside the termination of the appellant.
