Though the Appeal was filed in 2014, there are no effective steps taken to prosecute the Appeal. The Application for condonation of delay was allowed on 4th October, 2019. Even thereafter it appears that Appeal was never circulated. This Appeal was on board dated 7th June, 2023, none appeared for the Appellant. On 29th November, 2023 also, none appeared. Today also, when the matter was on board, none has appeared. It appears that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal. Though the decree for divorce was refused in 2014, no effective steps are taken to prosecute the Appeal.

In view of above, the Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
