DATE : 19 APRIL 2022 P.C. :- Learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner is entitled to the amount towards operating the fodder camp as per the audit done. The Petitioner had approached the authorities but to no avail. The Tahsildar has already forwarded the report to the District Supply Officer on 09.01.2017. Still the District Supply Officer under communication dated 26.06.2018 had asked the Tahsildar to give the report.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all the Respondents.

It appears that the Tahsildar has forwarded the report on 09.01.2017. The District Supply Officer thereafter sought the audit report. The issue appears is pending since many years with the authorities. The Petitioner has again filed application on 30.09.2020 for the disbursement of the amount. 4.

In case the audit report is not forwarded by the Tahsildar, the same shall be forwarded to the sub-Divisional Officer, Sangli within a period of six weeks. The District Supply Officer, Sangli shall take final decision upon the application of the Petitioner (page

53) on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from today.
