The Petitioner had challenged the appointment of Respondent No.4 as Police Patil in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai. The Petitioner's challenge was not successful. Hence, the Petitioner is before us.

The order appointing Respondent No.4 is of 27 May 2016. As per the impugned order, the appointment of Respondent No.4 was till 26 May 2021. Therefore, nothing survives in this Petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
