The allegation in an FIR moved by the petitioner is about sexual assault by respondent Nos.4 to 11 on the minor daughter of the petitioner, who is a lawyer by profession.

After the offence was investigated, "B Summary" report was submitted which was already accepted by the Special Court vide order dated 30th October, 2021.

In that view of the matter, the petition has rendered infructuous.
