Copies of two rectification applications are annexed to the petition at Exhibit D and Exhibit F dated 14th May 2021 for Assessment Year 2016-2017 and dated 16th July 2021 for Assessment Year 2007-2008, respectively. Mr. Gurjar states that if these rectification applications are heard expeditiously and disposed, nothing will survive in the petition. Mr. Suresh Kumar submits to the orders of the Court. The concerned officer, to whom these rectification applications have been filed, i.e., Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax (Central Circle), Shahupuri, Kolhapur, shall consider these rectification applications and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from today. He shall also grant personal hearing to petitioner before passing the order. Petition disposed with the above directions.
