The Consent Terms are signed by the Applicant and the Respondent and their respective Advocates. the Applicant and the Respondent shall file a Petition seeking divorce by mutual consent before the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Pune on 3rd August, 2017 along with a copy of this order. Upon filing of the divorce petition by mutual consent by the Applicant and the Respondent, the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Pune shall dispose off
