1] Perused the impugned order.

2] Prima facie I see no illegality in the said order particularly when the Decree under Execution is of 11/02/2013.

3] Respondent-wife has come out with a case that market 1/2

35.10373.19 wp.doc valuation of the property is 1.45 Crores as against ready recknor rate furnished by the Petitioner of 97.05 Lakhs.

4] In case if the Petitioner fails to place on record valuation report from the Government approved valuer within period of two weeks from today, Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

5] In case if the Petitioner submits the report of the Government valuer of the property i.e. the fat in question, matter be placed before this Court for further consideration on 09/02/2021. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.] 2/2
