The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the conditional order dated 09/06/2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-1) of this Court. By the said order, the Petitioner was directed to remove office objection within the particular time frame stipulated in the said order, failing which the Petition was to stand dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the fact that the office objections were not removed, the conditional order dated 09/06/2016 became operative and the above Petition has accordingly stood dismissed for non-prosecution. Since the above Petition has been dismissed for a technical reason, one final indulgence is required to be granted to the Applicant/Petitioner. lgc

(12) caw-2319.16 The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly Writ Petition Stamp No.1822 of 2015 is restored to file. The learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from date. If the office objections are not removed, the above Petition would once again stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
