The present application was filed in the year 2018 for modification of bail condition number 3 that of attending the office of Investigating Agency on every Sunday between 10.00 to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial. 2.

There are materials produced on record to indicate that the applicant has attended Investigating Officer in terms of the condition imposed. There is nothing on record to indicate that the applicant violated bail conditions when he was on bail.

Considering the distance of time since the conditions were imposed, the present application can be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), in case the trial is not already concluded.
