Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the charge has already been framed by learned trial Court and the trial is commenced. However, leaned Counsel wants to withdraw the bail application with a request that the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial inasmuch as the applicant is from Bangladesh.

Learned APP has no objection.

In view of above, I pass the following order :

ORDER

i) Bail application is allowed to be withdrawn and hence disposed of.

ii) Learned trial Court, however, is directed to complete the trial as early as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
