The applicant is seeking substantive relief of quashing the notices issued subsequently on 30th July 2016. No such relief can be granted in disposed of writ petition. Only on that ground, we reject the Civil Application. However, it will be always open for the applicant to adopt appropriate remedy for challenging the notices subject matter of the Writ Petition.
