Mr. N.J. Patil, learned counsel for the Appellants state that parties have settled the dispute amicably. Shri. Kiran Shankarrao Nawanale - Appellant No.1D, who is present before the Court, has filed his affidavit along with the praecipe. In view of the settlement, learned counsel for the Appellants, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw both these Appeals. Both Second Appeal Nos.29/1998 and 30/1998 are disposed of as withdrawn. Civil Applications, if any, stand disposed of in view of withdrawal of the Appeals.
