The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that time to deposit Rs.4 lakhs was extended by a period of four weeks by our order dated 25th July, 2016. It is submitted that the applicant could procure Rs.2 lakhs. However, for the purpose of depositing the balance amount of Rs.2 lakhs, four weeks time is sought. The applicant is permitted to deposit Rs.2 lakhs within one week and balance Rs.2 lakhs within four weeks from today. 2.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
