ORDER

(i) The application for stay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 19(a) by confirming the interim stay granted earlier by this Court dated 27 November 2015.

(ii) Inform to concerned Tribunal accordingly.

(iii) The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
