Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant in terms of the order dated 3 October 2023 has deposited an amount of Rs.14,54,300/-. 3.

By an order dated 10 August 2023, interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the applicant subject to the applicant depositing the said amount of Rs.14,54,300/-, by which the liability of the applicant was fixed in the audit report. 4.

The learned APP submits that the applicant had appeared before the Investigating Officer.

In view of the aforesaid deposit and having regard to the fact that the offences revolve around documents, further custodial interrogation of the applicant does not seem to be warranted. I am, therefore, impelled to make the order of interim SSP 1/2

40 aba 2171 of 2023.doc order dated 10 August 2023 absolute.

The order dated 10 August 2023 granting interim bail is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. 7.

The applicant shall henceforth appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. 8.

The Applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

The amount of Rs.14,54,300/- deposited by the applicant along with the interest, if any, accrued thereon, be transferred to the MPID Court, Pune. 10.

The learned Special Judge, MPID, shall invest the said amount in an interest bearing account. The said deposit shall abide further orders which may be passed by the learned Special Judge in MPID case arising out of C.R.No.1500 of 2020. 11.

The Application stands disposed.
