Heard both sides. Perused Civil Application No.1802 of 2019 and the affidavit of the petitioners. 2.
After our last order and on our insistence on the affidavit being filed, we find that it is indeed filed and para 2.5 of this affidavit contains the following statement:- "2.5 With respect to paragraph no.6 to 9, the Petitioners state that the Petitioners are Law abiding citizens who don't wish to upset the delicate social balance of the community or cause inter communal conflict or agitations. In para no.8 of the civil application, the Respondent No.6 has averred that the report contains "sensitive information". As such, the petitioners will not insist on providing copy of the report at this stage. The
Respondent No.6 may independently consider making the said report public, whether fully or in a redacted form at some appropriate point of time in the future." 3.
In view thereof, Civil Application No.1802 of 2019 is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). There will be no order as to costs.
