The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1410 of 2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and to serve the amended copy of the application upon the learned counsel for the original complainant-respondent No.2 within same period.
