The grievance made in the petition is about delay in investigation into FIR No.144 of 2017. Mr. Saste, learned APP, on instructions, made a statement that the investigation into the subject FIR is under progress and final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 would be filed as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from today. The statement is accepted.
