According to the Petitioners, in the Petitioners' School, the Teachers are not surplus. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the petitioners is to direct the Respondent No.6 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to consider and take appropriate decision on Petitioners' representations dated 14th July 2016 and 2nd August 2016 at Exh.'H' vrd 1/2

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting on merits of the matter, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.6 to consider the Petitioners' aforesaid representations as expeditiously as possible but not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Till that, the status-quo as of today be maintained by the Respondents. The Petitioner Nos.1, 3 and 5 to remain present before the said Authority on 29th August 2016 at 11.00 a.m.

Parties to act on the copy of this order duly authenticated by the Sheristedar of this Court.
