Heard the learned counsel for the parties. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the applicants have made out a case for recall of the order dated 10th July, 2017. The order dated 10th July, 2017 is recalled. The Writ Petition No.7082 of 2012 is restored to file along with interim order, if any in force on the date of dismissal of the Writ Petition No.7082 of 2012.

The civil application is made absolute in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

Place the writ petition on board for admission on 27th August, 2018.
