Heard. The Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for furlough leave. The said application is rejected on the ground that on earlier two occasions when the Petitioner was released on furlough leave, he did not surrender in time. He reported late by 47 days once and on second occasion reported late by 274 days. We find that the order is supported by the reason. Hence, no interference is warranted at the hands of this Court. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
