The above Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to constitute an internal committee under such Chairperson who is a lady officer, senior in rank to the Respondent Nos.1 to 5. The second prayer sought is the direction to the Respondent No.2 to 4 to initiate action against the Respondent No.1 under Section 9 of the Sexual Harassment of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act 2013. We are informed that such an internal committee was constituted which held an inquiry in respect of the complaint of the Petitioner and an order has been passed by the said internal committee. In view thereof the above Writ Petition has turned infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as such.
