This application is moved by the original claimants for withdrawal of the amount which was deposited by the Respondent pursuant to the Award passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Sindhudurga, Oras. The learned Counsel for the Appellants submits that the Respondent-State has deposited a decreetal amount of Rs.29,58,973/- including the substantial interest. 1/2

The learned Counsel for the Respondent-State is present. The four applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.29,58,973/-. The said amount is allowed to be withdrawn in equal four shares by each of them and all the four applicants shall furnish solvent surety to the extent of their respective shares to the satisfaction of the learned Judge of the Trial Court. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
