By these Applications, the Applicants seek modification of the condition by which the Applicants were enlarged on bail on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount, to Rs.30,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Learned counsel for the Applicants states that although the Applicants in Cri. Appln. Nos.754 & 755 of 2017 were enlarged on bail by this Court (Coram : P.D.Naik, J.) vide Order dated 14.06.2017 passed in B.A.Nos.1208 & 1209 of 2017, the Applicants were unable to furnish sureties as directed i. e. of Rs.50,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount. He submits that till date, the Applicants have not been able to furnish sureties.

Perused the Order dated 14.06.2017. The condition of which modification is sought reads thus :- "(ii) The applicants are directed to be released on bail in connection with

C.R.No.174 of 2017, registered with Dahisar Police Station, on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with one or two sureties in the like amount."

It appears that despite the Order dated 14.06.2017, the Applicants are in custody and have not been able to furnish sureties, as directed by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid, the Applications are allowed and the Order dated 14.06.2017 is modified. The Applicants shall, now, be released on bail on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. Rest of the conditions in the Order dated 14.06.2017 to remain as it is. Accordingly, the Applications are disposed of.
