2] Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No.1006 of 2021 registered with Borivali Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

3] Complainant claims that she has been working under supervision of Applicant as cleaning staff in private office where she was molested .

4] Applicant claims to be falsely implicated in view of differences in the matter of execution of work assigned to the complainant. 1/2

6 ABA-2504-21.doc 5] Considering the allegations made against the Applicant, age of the Applicant and absence of criminal antecedents, case for grant of pre-arrest bail is made out.

6] In the result, following order is passed.

7] In the event of the arrest of the Applicant, Applicant is directed to be released on bail in C.R. No.1006 of 2021 registered with Borivali Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code on execution of P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station from 25th October, 2021 to 28th October, 2021 and thereafter as and when directed. Till chargesheet is filed, Applicant shall not enter the office premises and the area of place of residence of the complainant.
