Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State, we are of the opinion that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Pune to decide the representations/proposals dated 15th February, 2016 and 2nd July, 2016 filed by Respondent No. 2 (Copy of which is annexed at Exhibit D pages 19 to 21 to the petition.), if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, and within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Till the Petitioner's claim is decided, the Respondent-State is directed to maintain the status-quo as it exists today in respect of the transfer of Petitioner No. 1 from unaided division to aided division.
