DATED : 14th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- In the application filed for cancellation for bail, it was adjourned from time to time in order to ascertain that the amount which was agreed to be deposited, is received by the complainant. A demand draft of Rs.30 lakhs was handed over to the complainant on 27/9/2022 with an assurance given by the counsel for the accused/ applicant that it would be encashed, the application deserve to be disposed off.
