P.C.:- ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.3105 OF 2012:- By this application, the Applicant-Insurance Company has sought to stay the judgment and award dated 26th April, 2012 passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Satara, in M.A.C.P. No.120 of 2019. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company states that the entire compensation as per the impugned judgment and award has been deposited before the M.A.C.T., Satara. Statement is accepted.
