Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this Writ Petition, by directing the the Additional Chief Land and Survey Officer, CIDCO (Garjepoti), to decide the petitioner's representations dated 29.05.2013, 20.06.2013 and 14.08.2015, copies of which are annexed as Exhibit "I", "J" and"K" (page Nos 28 to 33) , to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the Additional Chief Land and Survey Officer, CIDCO, shall 1/2 43 WPST 23068 OF 2015.doc
decide the Petitioner's representations independently and in accordance with law. All points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

During pendency and till decision on those representations, both parties to maintain status quo as of today regarding the structure which is subject matter of this petition.

In the event, any order adverse to the petitioner's interest, same shall not executed for a period two weeks from the date of communication to that effect.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
