Perused the earlier orders passed by this Court. Also perused the Affidavit of compliance dated 22nd February, 2022 filed by Shri Bhausaheb Andhare, Tahsildar, Uran, Dist. Raigad on behalf of Respondent

In the affidavit, the deponent has stated that the Forest Department has issued final Notification under Section 4 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 on 17.02.2022 and has thereby reserved the area admeasuring 41 H. 97 R. affected by mangroves from and out of Survey No. 180/1/A/1/1 of Village- Boripakhadi, Taluka Uran. Copy of the Notification is marked as Exhibit - 1 to the said Affidavit.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and the same is disposed of.

We record our appreciation for the assistance extended and immediate action taken as usual by the Learned Advocate General for resolving the long standing problem faced by the Petitioners.
