Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is seeking to question the order of his termination from services of Respondent Nos. 6 and 7- private institution.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 points out that as against termination, the Petitioner has a remedy of approaching the School Tribunal under the governing statute. The contention is correct.

In light thereof, keeping all contentions of the Petitioner open, in case the Petitioner approaches the School Tribunal, we dispose of the writ petition.
