Learned counsel for the applicant states that in view of conditional order passed by this Court on 22nd September 2014 vide which substantive sentence imposed upon applicant came to be suspended, subject to applicant's paying entire fine amount has duly been complied. Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that total fine amount imposed upon the applicant which is to the extent of Rs.20,00,000/- is deposited. Learned counsel for the applicant states that applicant has already furnished sureties of whose verification is in progress. It appears that initially applicant was directed by order dated 22nd

Tilak 2/2 (8)APPA-1031-16 September 2014 to be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in like amount, which order by order dated 3rd September 2015 came to be modified thereby directing applicant to be released on bail on her furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in like amount, and was further directed to be enlarged on cash bail of Rs.25,000/- and to furnish P.R. Bond within six weeks from the date of release.

Learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that accordingly, applicant has availed cash of Rs.25,000/- and had furnished P.R bond in the like amount and two sureties to make up the amount of Rs.25,000/-. However, as the process of acceptance of surety is still in progress, he prays for extension of six weeks time which has been extended form time to time by further period of four weeks.

Considering facts as aforesaid, time is extended by four weeks.

Stand over to 30th September 2016.
