The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will withdraw its complaint dated 23.2.2015 (page 48 of the petition). The statement is accepted. The Petitioner is permitted to file a fresh Application as per Section 64 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 restricting the Application to seeking rectification. All contentions of the parties are kept open.

If such an Application is filed by the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the 1 / 2

WP. 9162-15 Registrar of Firms expeditiously and in accordance with law after hearing Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4.
