Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. By this civil application, the applicants pray to bring on record of the writ petition the legal heirs of applicant no.3 i.e. applicant nos.3a to 3f. 2.

Having perused the contents of the civil application, it is in the interest of justice that the civil application is allowed. The civil application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). No costs. 3.

Necessary amendments be carried out within two weeks from today.
