This is the second bail application fled, since the frst one was withdrawn on 24/07/2021, on showing disinclination to entertain the same.

Though the learned counsel has vehemently argued that the co-accused-Gorakhnath Thorat has been released on bail on 30/09/2020 by this Court, his attention is invited to para 6 of the order where the main role is attributed to the applicant of having fred at Parshuram. He is, therefore, not entitled to claim parity with Gorakhnath.

However, the learned counsel for the applicant is justifed is submitting that despite his arrest on 01/02/2020, the M.M.Salgaonkar

Though I am not inclined to entertain the application on merits, if no charge is framed within a period of six months from today, I grant liberty to the applicant to approach this Court, when his application can be considered on the ground of inordinate delay on part of the court to frame the charge.
