Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 19th July, 2017 passed by the learned Minister, Revenue Department (Respondent no.2). The said impugned order has been stayed by this court by an ad-interim order dated 11th August,2017 which is in force till date.

In the interest of justice, it would be appropriate if the respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the revision application filed by the respondent no.1 within three months from the date of communication of this order. Ad-interim protection granted by this court on 11th August,2017 and continued by this court from time to time till date to
kvm 2/2 923-WP9122.17 continue till the revision application filed by the respondent no.1 is decided by the respondent no.2 and for a period of two weeks from the date of the decision if any adverse order is passed against the petitioner by the respondent no.2.

The respondent no.2 shall decide the matter in accordance with law and without being influenced by the observations made by him in the impugned order which is subject matter of this petition. 4.
The petitioner is directed to convey this order to the respondent no.2 for compliance.

The parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 6.
Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
