1] The present petition is directed against an Interlocutory Order dated 20.6.2018 passed by the respondent No.1 in Revision Application bearing No.RVA-2018/P.K. 138/15-S, thereby granting stay to the Order dated 23.1.2018 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar,Co-Operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai. The said Revision Application is pending for fnal adjudication before the respondent No.1.
2] The record indicates that, by an Order dated 13.8.2019, this Court has directed the parties herein to maintain status-quo. In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the said Interlocutory Order. However, the respondent No.1 is directed to make an endevour 1/2
28-wp.8414-2018.doc to conclude the hearing of the said Revision Application No.138/15-S within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this Order. 3] Till the decision of the respondent No.1 in the Revision Application, parties are directed to maintain the status-quo as was directed on 13th August 2019 by this Court.
