This is an Application for relaxation of the Condition No.(iii) incorporated in the Bail Order dated 16th December 2020 in Criminal Bail Application No. 3223 of 2019. 2.

The charge-sheet has been filed. The charges are not yet framed. As per this condition the Accused was directed to attend the Police Station once in a month on First Saturday of the said month. There is no grievance about the breach of this condition.

It is submitted that, the trial may take its own time, therefore, this condition may not be now relevant. 4.

On going through the report, I am of the view that, this condition can be relaxed. Accordingly the Application is allowed.
