Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail, after filing of the charge-sheet in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. It is made clear, that this Application has not been heard on merits and if an Application for regular bail is filed after filing of the charge-sheet, learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
